What exactly is Lunchbreak's pay-as-you-go website service?
Lunchbreak's pay-as-you-go service provides you with a professional, fully-managed website for a low monthly fee. After 18 months of payments, you own the website outright. We take care of hosting, maintenance, software updates, security, content edits, domain (if needed), backups & more.
How does the ownership transfer work after 18 months?
After you’ve completed 18 months of payments, the website’s ownership is fully transferred to you. We’ll provide all the necessary credentials and files. At 12 months, we offer a buyout equal to the remaining 6 months as a lump sum payment. You can also choose to stay with us for management at a discounted monthly rate.
What if I need more features or pages?
Our plans are flexible! You can upgrade your plan at any time to include more features or additional pages. You can contact us any time through our client dashboard to get an updated quote or once-off service fee.
Can I cancel the service before 18 months?
You can cancel after a minimum of 6 months. However, early cancellation fees will apply as detailed in our terms and conditions. No ownership or website files will be transferred. In some cases, we may backup & locally download your site so if you choose to start services again.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Ownership is completed after 18 months. A minimum of 12 months is needed to reach a buyout period. A minimum of 6 months, plus a fee, is needed for cancellation

What happens if I need to update my website content?
Our service includes monthly content updates with an allotted time amount at our discretion. Simply contact us via the client dashboard after onboarding with your update requests, and we’ll take care of it for you.
