The Hash House is a beloved breakfast and lunch spot known for its warm service and classic comfort food. The owners reached out to Lunchbreak to redesign their outdated online presence with one clear goal: drive more foot traffic and call-in orders. They wanted something easy to manage but visually unique, modern, mobile-friendly, and true to the brand’s family-owned roots.
We built a clean WordPress site with Elementor as the base, supported by tasteful JS animation using GSAP-style transitions for page loads and callouts. Rather than linking to static PDFs, we designed a brochure-style, e-commerce-inspired menu experience, allowing visitors to browse food and drink offerings in an intuitive, swipe-friendly format.
The visual direction leaned into the restaurant’s interior palette, warm wood tones, golden-hour lighting, and subtle grain & wood textures, wrapped in a modern, scroll-friendly UI. All the charm of a local diner, without the clunky old-school UX.
